Google Plus, Google’s own social sharing venture, has been around for a little over a month now and it has grown exponentially in members. Even though the service is still in “field trial” as of this writing, the best features are in place and ready for us to use. One of those “best features” in my opinion is Hangouts. These video chats provide the opportunity for family and friends to get together online and feel like they are in the same room! See the video below for an overview. After watching you should setup your Google Profile. Click the link “Invite me” to do this and sign up for Google Plus. This will take you through a brief tutorial on how to setup your own Google Plus account and get started. Then, look for a hangout on your Google Plus page.
